Everything you wonder about Platin Yaka.
General
Platin Yaka is a consulting, mentoring, and fractional leadership platform that connects C-level executives with over 20 years of management experience to individuals and organizations.
Leaders who have held executive responsibilities across various sectors with expertise in growth, transformation, and crisis management can apply to become a Platin Yaka. You can submit your application using a referral code. Following your submission, an evaluation process is initiated: the interview timeline may vary depending on current platform demand and required fields of expertise; during certain periods, this evaluation process may take longer than expected. Your application will be evaluated based on present expertise needs and platform criteria, which may result in either approval or rejection for joining the platform.
You can receive coaching, mentoring, consultancy, fractional leadership, interim management, or training services from Platin Yaka experts. Coaching does not direct you; it creates space for you to find your own answers through the right questions—focusing on awareness and behavioral change. Mentoring provides you with a practical roadmap by sharing the expert’s own experience. Consultancy includes analyzing your current situation and covering the setup of processes and systems with a concrete strategy and action plan. Fractional leadership involves an experienced expert actively assuming a senior executive role (e.g., CFO, CMO, COO) on specific days of the week or for a specific period when your company does not need a full-time hire. Interim management is when an experienced expert actively takes over management duties for a specific and limited duration during a management vacancy, crisis period, or transformation process in your organization. Training is a structured, curriculum-based transfer of knowledge and skills tailored for your team or yourself on a specific topic. We can decide which model is right for you together during a free introductory meeting.
