Emine Zerrin Şakır is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader specialized in technology entrepreneurship, venture building and international growth; who has founded, scaled and directed technology-focused ventures in Turkey and Europe.
Following her education in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and subsequently pursuing a master's degree in Telematics, Şakır has focused on technology entrepreneurship from the early stages of her career; developing strong expertise in product development, business model design and international growth by establishing technology-based companies in different countries.
Today, through companies she has founded, she develops aviation technologies, digital signage solutions, retail technologies, restaurant and hotel technologies, educational technologies and artificial intelligence-based digital solutions. She particularly assumes active leadership in the journey of technology-focused products from idea stage to commercialization.
Through a venture builder approach, she provides not only strategic guidance but also technical development, productization and scaling support to ventures. In this capacity, she supports entrepreneurs in product development, team structuring, investor relations and processes of entering global markets.
