Uygar Uşar is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, operational transformation and organizational scaling; who has led growth, transformation and efficiency-focused leadership in global organizations.

A graduate of Bilkent University in Industrial Engineering, Uşar has combined his engineering perspective with strategic management perspective through Executive MBA education at Koç University. Throughout his career, he has assumed critical roles in end-to-end supply chain management, operational excellence and commercial growth in FMCG, food, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas and logistics sectors.

Today serving as General Manager of Yusen Logistics Turkey, Uşar also holds board memberships and consulting positions at various companies. Throughout his career, he has led management of multi-location and high-volume operations, digital transformation programs and organizational restructuring initiatives.

During his tenure of over 12 years in various senior positions at Netlog; Uşar was responsible for domestic logistics operations, distribution networks, micro-distribution systems and integrated logistics structures; leading transformation of high-volume distribution operations and field structuring. He also assumed group-level board memberships managing growth and scaling processes.

During his tenure as CEO of Alişan Group, he managed the company's growth and transformation processes in specialized areas such as chemistry, petrochemistry, FMCG, food and hazardous materials logistics. During this period, he led initiatives focused on organizational efficiency, digitalization and operational optimization.

Through his roles at YUKATO and other platform initiatives; he actively participates in digital platform economy in the logistics sector, SaaS-based business models and data-driven operations management. He works on real-time tracking systems, visibility platforms and next-generation logistics technologies.

Today, he provides consulting to companies in restructuring logistics and supply chain operations, organizational scaling, designing digital transformation programs and establishing sustainable growth models.
