Human Resources and Management Consultant, Leadership and Team Coach
Utku İlik, with over 30 years of HR and leadership experience, is the former Human Resources Director of Eczacıbaşı Holding. As a PCC-credentialed coach, trainer, and consultant, he currently provides services in the areas of agile leadership, team coaching, and organizational transformation.
Utku İlik is a consultant, trainer, mentor, and leadership and team coach with over 30 years of business experience in the fields of human resources, organizational development, coaching, and leadership.
Starting his education at Izmir Science High School, İlik completed his undergraduate studies in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Bilkent University, and his master's degree (MBA) in the Business Administration Department at Boğaziçi University. He stepped into his professional life as a "Management Trainee" at Koç Group in 1992. He then joined Eczacıbaşı Group in 1997 and served there for 21 years; assuming responsibility as the Holding Human Resources Director during the last 10 years of this period. During his tenure, together with his team, he implemented numerous projects in the field of Strategic HR Management in both domestic and international organizations, delivered in-house training, and served as a mentor.
Currently an ICF coach holding the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential, İlik is among the leaders of the "ADLER Professional Coaching" and "ADLER Team and Relationship Dynamics Coaching" programs, which train new professional coaches and team coaches within the ADLER CE Coaching School. In recent years, he has focused specifically on "Agility" and is also one of the trainer leaders of the "Agile Leadership" and "Agility Coaching Certificate Programs" under the umbrella of ADLER CE.
Today, he analyzes all organizational and people-related HR requirements of companies from a holistic perspective and guides management teams in designing and implementing appropriate HR processes. Simultaneously, wearing the hats of "trainer," "leadership and team coach," and "mentor," he designs company-specific leadership programs; supports management teams through coaching applications, and accompanies the individuals he works with on their journeys of awareness and transformation. In his roles as a "speaker" and "facilitator," he gives seminars on topics such as the "Agile/Flexible Mindset," "Future of Work," and "Leadership"; and designs and manages large-scale workshops for companies wishing to shape their future strategies.
