Ülkü Ünlü

Ülkü Ünlü is a finance leader with over 30 years of experience in the electronics and manufacturing sectors, specializing in financial management, strategic leadership, and digital transformation. Throughout her career, she has led the establishment, scaling, and transformation of finance organizations, gaining extensive experience particularly in building sustainable financial structures within manufacturing companies.

Starting her professional career in 1996 as a Budget Specialist at Profilo Telra, Ünlü subsequently served as Finance Director at Telestar Electronics in Poland for approximately nine years. During this period, she managed the finance, accounting, human resources, import, and administrative affairs functions; assuming leadership in budget management, cash flow optimization, financial reporting, and audit processes. Furthermore, she managed the company's transition process to the SAP-BO system, contributing to the digitalization of financial systems.

Following her return to Turkey, she led the establishment of the finance and accounting infrastructure for the newly founded organization as the Financial Affairs Director at E-Data; structuring budget, banking relations, cash management, and financial operation processes.

During her tenure as Financial Affairs Director at Ejot Tezmak, she undertook the Turkey project leadership for the SAP FI system; leading operational efficiency projects such as barcoding and shelf addressing systems in warehouse management, and developing solutions that integrate finance and operations.

Joining Promarket Group in 2011, she served as Finance Director and subsequently as Assistant General Manager across group companies for over 10 years. While managing the finance, accounting, human resources, and supply chain functions, she led the establishment of effective cash flow systems, financial resource generation, reorganization processes, and the strengthening of distributor structures. She took an active role in operational transformation processes through digital payment systems and financial process improvements.

A graduate of Hacettepe University's Department of Business Administration and Istanbul University's Department of Sociology, Ülkü Ünlü strengthened her international business perspective by completing the Executive MBA program at the University of Warsaw. Simultaneously, as an ICF-certified professional coach, she supports the development of leaders and teams.

Today, she continues her work as an Interim CFO, providing consulting services to companies particularly in the areas of cash flow, budgeting systems, cost accounting, and the strengthening of financial decision-making mechanisms.
