Selime Öztürk is an R&D and manufacturing leader with over 17 years of experience in research and development, quality management, process development and manufacturing technologies; combining technical depth with operational leadership. Particularly specializing in glass, ceramic, enamel coatings and advanced materials technologies, Öztürk provides leadership to end-to-end transformation projects from product development to facility establishment, from quality systems to production optimization.

A graduate of Yıldız Technical University with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering and currently pursuing doctoral studies at the same university, Öztürk possesses a strong technical foundation combining academic knowledge with field experience. Currently providing independent quality leadership in organizations operating in the manufacturing sector, while also consulting for domestic and global companies.

Throughout her professional career, serving in sector-leading organizations such as Eczacıbaşı Building Materials (VitrA), Akkim–Akcoat and Saint-Gobain; she has assumed responsibility for managing teams of over 450 people, coordinating multi-facility production structures and managing large-scale operations. She particularly possesses strong field experience in standardizing manufacturing processes, establishing quality systems and operational efficiency projects.

Managing over 300 new product and formula development projects, Öztürk has specialized in glass frits, enamel systems, pigment technologies, coating systems and technical glass applications. She has also assumed primary discipline leadership in three different facility establishments; managing pilot facility design, scaling and commissioning processes.

Assuming leading roles in TÜBİTAK, TEYDEP, SANTEZ and BEBKA projects, Öztürk has supported her technical expertise through patent applications, scientific publications and innovation awards. Today, providing strategic consulting to organizations in R&D, quality, product development and process efficiency.

Through her Glass4Circle venture established to incorporate glass waste into circular economy; she conducts work in sustainable materials management, while also performing mentoring activities to support development of young women in STEM fields and increase women's visibility in technical areas.
