Selda Ercantan Aksoy is a senior executive, strategic advisor, and transformation leader with over 30 years of experience in finance, general management, and corporate transformation. Throughout her career, she has served as CFO, Plant General Manager, Regional General Manager, and Supply Chain Director in international companies, leading the growth and transformation processes of businesses with a management approach that integrates finance, operations, and strategy.

Starting her professional career at Olmuksa, Aksoy played critical roles in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations, SAP transformation, restructuring projects, and organizational change initiatives during the company's integration into International Paper. She stepped into her career with finance leadership and subsequently carried this experience into production, operations, and supply chain management, developing a versatile leadership profile capable of managing the entire value chain of companies.

Later, she served as Regional General Manager and Supply Chain Director at Mondi Turkey. During this period, she managed production, purchasing, planning, logistics, and supply chain functions under a single roof, and led significant efforts in developing a performance culture, cost optimization, organizational restructuring, and increasing operational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has focused not only on financial performance but also on building strong teams, developing leaders, improving processes, and strengthening corporate culture.

Choosing to transfer this deep-rooted experience from her corporate career to the transformation of family businesses, Aksoy currently leads the institutionalization journey within Ercantan Group. In this context, she personally manages the processes of redesigning organizational structures, creating governance models, establishing finance and performance management systems, structuring human resources, and formulating strategic growth plans.
