Özlem Tümer Eke is a venture capital fund manager and business leader with more than 25 years of international experience in venture capital, fund management, and institutional investment strategies. Throughout her career, she has worked across capital markets, corporate finance, and venture capital, leading fund formation, international fundraising, and institutional investor relations.
A graduate of Bilkent University with a degree in Business Administration, Özlem began her career at İş Investment in institutional sales and capital markets before taking on executive and board-level roles at international investment firms and venture funds. Today, she serves as General Partner at Arya VC, where she manages venture capital funds and investment strategies.
She has structured dual-layer fund architectures, including Venture Capital Investment Funds (VCIFs/GSYFs) in Türkiye and offshore fund structures abroad. She has extensive experience working with institutional investors, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), and international fund-of-funds platforms. Her expertise includes fund economics, management fee and carried interest structures, LP–GP relationships, and cross-border fund structuring.
Özlem has also played a key role in the development of Arya Women's Investment Platform's investment ecosystem, focusing on directing institutional capital toward diversity, inclusion, and impact-driven investment strategies.
