Osman Çakıroğlu is a management consultant and executive coach with 20+ years of international experience. As the founder of Stoika Consulting, he provides consulting to SMEs and family companies in institutionalization, management systems, change, and leadership.

Osman Çakıroğlu is a management consultant, executive coach, and transformation leader with over 20 years of national and international experience. Throughout his career, he has accompanied the growth, institutionalization, and change journeys of organizations by working with SMEs, family businesses, entrepreneurship ecosystems, non-governmental organizations, and international institutions.

Through Stoika Consulting, which he founded in 2019, he provides consulting, coaching, and training services in the establishment of management systems, institutionalization, change management, leadership development, and intergenerational transition processes to organizations of various scales, primarily SMEs and medium-sized family businesses. He stands out particularly with his approach that addresses human behavior, system setup, and leadership development together in organizational transformation processes.

Assuming various roles at the intersection of the private sector, public sector, and civil society throughout his professional career, Çakıroğlu has taken an active role in the establishment of entrepreneurship centers, SME transformation programs, leadership development projects, and coaching processes. He has taken part in projects that increase the transformation capacity of organizations in Turkey and on international platforms; working closely with entrepreneurs, managers, and leadership teams.

He has served as a manager and consultant in institutions of various scales and structures such as ToyotaSA, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, Kiron Open Higher Education, and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE); managing transformation programs in multicultural and multi-stakeholder structures. At the same time, he has delivered trainings in the fields of social entrepreneurship and institutionalization in SMEs within BAUSEM.

His international academic background has been shaped around the axis of the USA, Japan, and Europe. Having studied business administration at Babson College, Çakıroğlu completed his MBA degree at the International University of Japan and is currently continuing his doctoral studies in change management, leadership behaviors, and resistance to change at Grenoble École de Management.

Possessing strong expertise in the field of executive coaching, Osman Çakıroğlu has conducted comprehensive development processes with individuals and teams throughout his career; supporting leaders in making more conscious decisions, teams in working more healthily, and organizations in developing sustainable transformation capacity.
