Oğuzhan Aydoğmuş has over 25 years of experience in finance, business management, and transformation leadership across Türkiye, Europe, and the MENA region. He specializes in aligning financial strategy with business objectives and operational performance, with extensive experience in multinational organizations and senior finance leadership roles.
He began his career at DuPont Türkiye, later working at DuPont Spain, where he focused on cost accounting and financial analysis for European manufacturing sites. After returning to Türkiye, he took on regional responsibilities as a Business Analyst and MENA Finance Controller.
At Axalta, he served as MENA Finance Director and Deputy General Manager, managing regional finance operations. He played an active role in the standalone setup and separation of Axalta from DuPont across Türkiye and MENA, including the restructuring of financial statements and balance sheets, establishment of financial infrastructure, and management of transition processes.
Throughout his career, he has built, restructured, and transformed finance functions across different countries and organizations. His expertise includes SAP and ERP transformation, financial process digitalization, reporting and closing improvements, cash and working capital management, receivables, and stronger integration between finance and operations.
He later served as Regional Finance Director at Yılport Holding. Since 2022, he has been CFO at ALCE Elektrik, where he oversees financial strategy, budgeting and planning, treasury and cash management, financial reporting, internal control, valuation, financial structuring, and digital finance initiatives.
His management approach positions finance as a strategic business partner, with a focus on improving business performance, strengthening cash generation, simplifying processes, enabling digital transformation, and building high-performing finance organizations.
