Nesrin Gıdak is a human development professional with approximately 20 years of experience in human resources, learning-development and leadership; focused on unlocking the potential of individuals and organizations. Throughout her career, specializing in human-centered transformation, talent development and creation of learning culture; she has accompanied employees' and leaders' development journeys across different sectors.

A graduate of Istanbul Kültür University in English Business Administration, Gıdak continues her academic development pursuing a master's degree in Psychology at Haliç University. To strengthen her international education and development perspective, she completed Trainer Training Program in France and educational design programs in Germany; obtaining Mentoring certification from FranklinCovey and Professional Coaching certification from Adler Central Europe.

Beginning her professional career in customer service at DHL Express, Gıdak gained experience in customer experience, communication, problem solving and field management in the early years of her career. This period enabled her to understand human behavior and customer needs more closely, establishing a strong foundation for subsequent career steps.

Following her transition to Human Resources, serving in different HR functions for approximately 18 years; she specialized particularly in talent management, employee development and learning systems. She has led numerous projects from training needs analysis to corporate academy structuring, leadership development programs to internal trainer systems.

Serving as Deputy Manager of Training and Development at Metro Cash & Carry, Gıdak played active roles in designing programs supporting learning culture. Subsequently, serving as Human Resources Manager at Hayat Varlik, she assumed broader responsibilities in leadership, team management and organizational development.

Throughout her career managing teams; she has provided leadership in teams that contributed to winning prestigious international awards such as Great Place to Work, Brandon Hall Excellence Award and ATD BEST.

Today, continuing her work as educator, consultant, mentor and coach; supporting individuals in discovering their potential, helping leaders build more effective teams and strengthening organizations' human focus.
