Münteha Adalı is a business leader, investor, entrepreneur, and social impact strategist with more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, impact investing, and social transformation. Recognized for her ability to combine sustainable business growth with meaningful social impact, she has built a diverse portfolio spanning facility services, venture investing, social entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment.
Starting her career in the financial sector, Adalı later led the growth and transformation of Güvensan Facilities Management, expanding the company from a cleaning services provider into an integrated facilities management organization offering technical maintenance, energy management, payroll services, pest control, and facility operations. Today, she serves as the CEO of Güvensan Facilities Management.
As an entrepreneur, Adalı is the founder of 39 Kalamış Marina Hotel & Restaurant, 39 Laundry, and several other ventures. She is also a co-founder of Arya Women Investment Platform, Turkey’s first women-focused investment platform, which aims to increase access to capital for women entrepreneurs and strengthen the entrepreneurial investment ecosystem.
In 2018, she founded Social Factory, a social transformation platform focused on gender equality, youth development, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Through initiatives such as Men Are Talking (Erkekler Konuşuyor), Women with a Voice (Sözü Olan Kadınlar), Youth Impact (Genç Etkisi), Social Wellpreneur, and Art in the Neighborhood (Mahallede Sanat), she brings together diverse groups of society to create awareness, dialogue, and lasting impact. She also pioneered the official recognition of October 12 as World Gender Equality Day and May 30 as Social Impact Day in Türkiye.
