A senior executive with 20+ years of experience and proven achievements in private and public companies across various sectors — in restructuring, team building, transformation/cultural change, business development, public offerings (IPO), profit growth, and both domestic and international markets.

S. Mete Zadil is an experienced business leader, CEO and consultant specialized in transformation of low-profitability companies, organizational health, strategic growth and value creation. Throughout his career, particularly working with family businesses, Private Equity-backed companies and growth-stage organizations, he has led performance improvement, transformation management and sustainable growth processes.

Through Stenia Consulting, which he founded, Zadil provides consulting services to domestic and foreign companies operating in different sectors in strategy, organizational structuring, performance management and transformation areas, while also serving as Board Advisor at Kleemann Lifts.

Having assumed CEO and senior-level leadership positions in many different sectors throughout his corporate career, Zadil has focused on improving organizations' financial and operational performance. He has played active roles particularly in companies requiring transformation in organizational restructuring, team strengthening and development of growth strategies.

Following Mediterra Capital investment, serving as CEO at Arzum Electrical Home Appliances, Zadil led transformation and growth strategies; taking the company to one of Turkey's most highly sought initial public offerings in 2020 alongside his management team, meeting with record-level investor interest.

Previously serving as CEO of Schindler-Türkeli managing multi-country operations; he has assumed leadership positions in organizations operating in different sectors such as Ariston Thermo and Korda. In these roles, he focused on increasing operational efficiency, strengthening organizational structures and creating sustainable growth models.

Having completed his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering at University of Delaware with minors in economics and business administration, Zadil holds a master's degree from Cornell University focused on Engineering Management and Geotechnical Engineering. He further strengthened his expertise in leadership and management by completing Harvard YPO Presidents' Program.

In addition to his business life, Zadil places emphasis on science, education and social benefit areas; supporting the meeting of youth with science and technology as a Board Member of Turkey Science Centers Foundation. He views entrepreneurship, production and lifelong learning as integral parts of his business life.

Today, he provides application-focused support to management teams particularly in companies requiring transformation, organizations experiencing profitability pressure and companies pursuing growth targets.
