Kıvılcım Çaylı is an investor, management consultant and one of the entrepreneurship ecosystem leaders specialized in investment, private equity, venture capital and strategic management. Through his multidisciplinary approach combining corporate world, entrepreneurship and investment perspectives, he supports companies' growth, investment and scaling journeys.
A graduate of METU, Çaylı holds METU MBA degree in addition to CPEP™ (Chartered Private Equity Professional), FMVA® (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certifications and Capital Markets Activities Level 3 with Derivatives Instruments licenses. He combines his strong academic and professional foundation in finance, investment and business management with his field investment experience.
Throughout his career gaining corporate experience at global companies, establishing his own ventures and subsequently focusing on management consulting, he has contributed to the growth journey of over 100 companies in financial management, investment strategies, company valuation, growth plans and strategic management.
Continuing his work as CEO of Kanvas Management Consulting and Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office, Çaylı provides consulting to domestic and foreign companies in strategic management, corporate finance, financial performance improvement, company valuation and investment processes.
He also continues his personal venture capital and venture investments under Pareto Ventures as an active investor; having signed technology investments in five different countries to date. He plays active roles in ventures' investment preparation, financial modeling and investor relations processes.
Also active in academic and content production, Çaylı is the author of "Startup Investor's Handbook" and contributor to "Startup Valuations in Emerging Markets" academic book chapter. He continues knowledge transfer to the investment ecosystem through "Investor Telling You, Entrepreneur You Understand" podcast and numerous articles.
