Göktuğ Gür is a senior executive and business leader with long-standing global leadership experience in the energy, technology and industrial solutions sectors; who has led growth, transformation and scaling processes. Throughout his career, spanning from regional CEO positions to holding leadership, he has distinguished himself with a management approach focused on commercial success, organizational transformation and sustainable growth.

Today serving as Group CEO at Maya Holding, Gür is responsible for strategic governance, growth plans and operational performance of companies operating in different sectors. In this capacity, he continues his work focused on holding structures, portfolio management, investment decisions and long-term value creation.

Previously serving as President & CEO at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) responsible for the Middle East, Turkey, Africa and Pakistan regions, Gür assumed large-scale responsibilities in managing multi-country organizations, commercial growth strategies, cultural transformation and leadership structuring. During this period, he led the development of growth strategies across different geographies, the implementation of organizational transformation programs and the building of high-performing teams.

In his career, he also served as CEO & Country President in Philips Lighting Turkey and Middle East operations; focusing on developing customer ecosystems, managing regional operations and strengthening commercial performance.

During his tenure as Gulf Countries Country President and Turkey Vice President at Schneider Electric, he gained long-standing leadership experience in energy, infrastructure and large-scale projects; managing significant initiatives in transformation, sales management and operational excellence in complex organizations.

Leading organizational growth journeys by building bridges across different cultures, business models and geographies, Göktuğ Gür possesses deep field experience particularly in CEO-level decision making, organizational transformation and leadership development.
