Gizem Moral is a senior executive with nearly 30 years of experience across fintech, technology, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, venture capital and the startup ecosystem. She has extensive experience in strategy, growth, product management, marketing and the development of new business models.
As CEO of MOKA United, she has been leading the company's growth and transformation initiatives in payment systems and financial technologies since July 2026.
Previously, she served as CEO and Chairwoman of the Board at Catalyst Capital Portföy, where she assumed leadership responsibility for the company's management and strategic direction between November 2025 and May 2026.
At PupaGrowth Advisory & Consultancy Services, she provided consulting services to Revo Capital, gaining advisory experience across the entrepreneurship, investment and growth ecosystem between 2021 and 2025.
As CEO of emlakjet.com, she led the company's growth and business development initiatives between 2015 and 2018.
