Fulya Bıçak Muştu is an Enterprise Digital and AI Transformation Leader with 30 years of experience leading large-scale, corporate-wide transformations across multiple sectors, including energy, manufacturing, aviation, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Throughout her career, she has successfully translated strategy into execution, creating measurable business impact in complex and highly regulated environments while integrating technology investments with the growth and profitability goals of organizations.

Having laid the foundation of her educational background with a bachelor's program in Industrial Engineering from METU, Muştu subsequently completed MBA programs at Yeditepe University and a Mini MBA at Sabancı University. In line with her vision of continuous development, she strengthened her leadership foundation by completing the Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Leadership program at MIT, the Board of Directors Preparation Certificate Program within the Women on Board Association Turkey (YKKD), and the Sabancı Holding Management Development Program (YAP2001).

In the early years of her career, she led enterprise system modernization and ERP implementations at industry-leading companies such as ASELSAN, IBM I-BIMSA, DanoneSA, and BAT. In the following years, she served as Senior Information Systems Manager and Executive Board Member at Çelebi Holding, where she established the IT organization from scratch in multinational aviation ground handling operations, implementing international digital transformation processes and critical operational systems (such as IKARUS).

Later, as IT Director at Evyap Holding, she established a process-oriented management model and managed SAP implementations across five countries, executing process transformation programs that received the prestigious global CIO100 award. After managing IT, Business Process Management (BPM), and Strategy functions in an integrated structure at Balparmak, she served as IT Director and Executive Board Member at HD Holding, where she established the technology infrastructure that enabled the brand to scale from 78 locations to over 285 locations in a short span of 3.5 years.

In the recent period of her career, she served as CIO and Technology & Digital Business Development Director (CEO-1 Management Committee Member) at Zorlu Energy Group. Here, she managed the "TUNNEL" enterprise digital transformation program across a wide range of operations including power generation, distribution, and the ZES electric vehicle charging network, eliminating 25 years of systemic complexity with the SAP S/4HANA RISE project. Concurrently, she led the Zorlu Group-wide "YaZ" AI Transformation Program, designing the architecture of over 400 AI initiatives and deploying more than 45 projects in the energy, Vestel (consumer electronics), textiles, and real estate sectors.

Today, positioned as a board-ready leader, Muştu focuses on capital discipline, governance, resilience, and driving enterprise performance. Her achievements have been recognized through her inclusion in the BMI & DataExpert "Most Influential 50 Technology Leaders in Turkey" list from 2023 to 2025, alongside receiving international transformation leadership awards.
