He possesses strong applied experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, technology modernization and organizational transformation programs.

During his tenure as Çokyaşar DX General Manager and Çokyaşar Holding CIO; he conducted comprehensive transformation programs in manufacturing, supply chain and finance processes; integrating Industry 4.0, big data, artificial intelligence and automation applications into company operations. He provided leadership to over 30 transformation projects managed with budgets exceeding 18 million USD; accelerating digitalization of business processes through AI-enabled solutions and automation systems.

During his time at Yıldırım Holding, managing portfolio size exceeding 60 million USD with over 70 local and international projects; he assumed technology leadership in over 20 acquisition and merger initiatives. He played particularly active roles in SAP S/4HANA transformations, manufacturing facility modernizations, data center structuring and global digitalization programs.
