A technology and innovation expert who has provided leadership in R&D, innovation, product development and corporate transformation in defense, aviation and home appliances sectors throughout his 18+ year professional career. Throughout his career, he has focused not only on developing technology; but on commercializing it, scaling it and transforming it into sustainable business results.
Beginning his professional career in the defense and aviation sector; he served on Turkey's critical projects such as Göktürk-2 satellite and MİLGEM. In the early stages of his career, he specialized in quality systems, systematic product development and project management; establishing a quality management system in compliance with AS9100 standard at the company where he worked and serving as Quality Manager.
Transitioning to the home appliances sector in the following period, he assumed responsibility in R&D center establishment, product development and innovation management. During his tenure as R&D Manager and Deputy General Manager, he provided leadership to over 50 new product projects, developed patented technologies and established systems to increase organizations' innovation capacity.
Today, providing consulting to organizations in R&D and innovation management, strategic transformation, fund mechanisms and product development. He also plays active roles in the entrepreneurship ecosystem; providing mentoring support to startups, industrial establishments and technology companies.
Possessing deep expertise in national and international fund mechanisms; managing project development, budget management and consortium formation processes in TÜBİTAK, European Union, development agencies, UNDP and other international programs.
Conducting industrial and technology-focused transformation projects within the scope of project coordination duties at Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone; continuing his work in sustainability, innovation and technology commercialization.
He also provides end-to-end consulting in preparing brands for Turquality® processes, establishing performance systems and creating strategic growth plans.
Playing active roles on the civil society side; contributing to women entrepreneurship, sustainable development and entrepreneurship ecosystem development.
