Today, under the umbrella of Digital Spark Consulting which he founded; he provides consulting in digital transformation, strategy, technology, fintech, innovation and growth; building bridges between startup ecosystem and corporate structures while managing investment, partnership and integration processes. He also supports ventures' growth journeys as an active investor and mentor.

Throughout his career, leading numerous digital transformation and cultural transformation programs, Şener has focused on transforming IT functions from cost centers into value-creating and revenue-generating structures. He possesses comprehensive experience in Fintech-as-a-Service models, artificial intelligence-based business models and development of next-generation digital platforms.

Recently serving as Board Member at Sistem Global; he led digitalization of business development, marketing, sales and customer experience processes and implemented one of the first GenAI-based digital consultant projects in the consulting sector.

During his 9-year tenure as CTO, COO and subsequently CEO at Multinet Up, he led the company's transformation; converting the organization from a traditional meal card company into an innovative fintech group with 7 subsidiaries. During this period, he achieved significant growth in transaction volume, profitability and company value, demonstrating transformation-focused leadership example in the sector.

During his tenure as CIO at Yurtiçi Kargo, he led development of one of Turkey's first comprehensive cargo operations systems; enabling application of this system in different European countries and achieving significant successes in technology export.
