Çınar Topaloğlu is a business leader experienced in entrepreneurship, manufacturing technologies, scaling strategies and international growth; specialized in growth, scaling and globalization processes of technology-focused companies.
A graduate of Yıldız Technical University in Materials and Metallurgy Engineering, Topaloğlu began his entrepreneurship journey in 2014 as one of the founders of Tridi. Positioning Tridi as a manufacturing technologies marketplace, he led the journey of creating product-market fit, building sales organization, managing investment processes and operational scaling.
During his work as a founding team member; he gained significant experience in fundraising, investor relations, developing strategic partnerships, working with large-scale corporate customers and combining manufacturing ecosystem with digital platform model. By enabling Tridi to work with Turkey's leading industrial establishments, he developed strong expertise in B2B sales and manufacturing technologies.
Following Tridi's acquisition by Xometry, one of the world's leading manufacturing technologies companies in 2023, he continues his career as Xometry Turkey General Manager and member of Xometry EMEA senior management committee.
Today, working with international teams, he manages sales, operations, finance and growth processes; leading projects that integrate Turkey's manufacturing power into European and US markets. He particularly assumes active roles in scaling, organizational structuring and operational efficiency.
Through direct experience of both early-stage ventures' product-market fit pursuits and rapidly growing organizations' globalization processes; he provides not only strategic but also application-focused contributions to entrepreneurs and leadership teams.
A graduate of Koç University Executive MBA, Topaloğlu also invests in early-stage ventures and plays active roles in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
