Aytaç Ergen

Through ConsulThink, of which she became a founding partner in 2013, Aytaç Ergen provides Interim CFO services and investment process preparation and management to start-ups and scale-ups, and has experience in more than 20 sectors.

Aytaç Ergen is a CFO, entrepreneur and transformation leader with over 31 years of experience in financial strategy, investment processes, operational transformation and company scaling. Throughout his career, providing leadership to numerous critical transformation programs from financial management to payment systems, investment preparation to organizational transformation; creating value for organizations of different scales by combining corporate experience with entrepreneurial perspective.

Beginning his professional career at Yapı Kredi Bank, Ergen subsequently assumed various leadership roles within Turkcell for 15 years. During this period, he worked on financial management, collection systems, digital transformation and operational structuring; playing active roles in establishment of Turkcell collection organization, development of alternative payment channels, payment systems projects and structuring of operations centers.

During his tenure as CFO at KKTCELL, he managed strategic financial management and digital transformation processes; contributing to strengthening financial performance and creating sustainable growth models.

In 2006, stepping into entrepreneurship as co-founder and CFO & COO of e-commerce venture KOZMOLAND, Ergen today provides consulting particularly to startup and scale-up companies in financial structuring, investor preparation, institutionalization and growth strategies.

Throughout his career, serving as Fractional CFO and Executive Board Member at companies from different sectors such as Dorabase, İninal, W&H Dental, Btech Group, Evreka and Virgosol; he has worked on investment processes, financial modeling, budgeting, cost structures and organizational transformations in over 20 sectors.

Also playing active roles in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, Ergen serves as mentor in METU Teknokent T-Mentor programs, providing support to ventures in investment preparation, growth strategies and institutionalization.

A graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Aytaç Ergen continues his academic development in finance, capital markets, technology and organization management with a lifelong learning approach.
