Aysun has 28 years of experience in developing strategic plans and roadmaps, operating model and corporate transformation design, market analyses for investors, and behavioral insight and behavior change strategies.
Aysun Özen Tacer is a management consultant with 28 years of experience in strategy development, corporate transformation and operations model design. Throughout her career, working with private sector, public institutions, international organizations and entrepreneurship ecosystem; she has led organizations' transformation, growth and sustainable development processes.
Having spent a significant portion of her professional career at Deloitte Consulting, subsequently at PwC Turkey and Qatar, Tacer continues her work today under Perita Analytics, which she co-founded. She has provided leadership to numerous transformation programs across different sectors in strategy development, target operations model design, organizational transformation and roadmap creation.
Possessing broad experience in different sectors particularly including manufacturing, energy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, disaster and emergency management; Tacer works on corporate strategy development, market entry plans, process transformation, organization design, technology transformation and human resource models. She has particularly specialized in converting organizations' strategies into implementable transformation plans.
Having worked extensively with public institutions, large-scale civil society organizations and international development organizations; she has served actively in numerous projects supported by the World Bank, EBRD and United Nations organizations. In addition to Turkey, she provides consulting to corporate clients in Europe, Africa and Central Asia.
Specializing in behavioral insights and behavior change strategies (nudge design), Tacer has conducted national and international projects in this field and produced publications.
Also playing active roles in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, Tacer supports startups and scale-ups in meeting investors, integrating entrepreneurship experience into her consulting approach. In the last two periods, teaching entrepreneurship and leadership courses at universities; bringing academia and practice world together.
A graduate of METU Civil Engineering and METU MBA, Aysun Özen Tacer aims to transform not only organizations' processes but also their decision-making approaches through her approach combining strategy with behavioral science.
