Alexander Kunt is an experienced operations and supply chain leader with over 23 years of international experience in supply chain management, operational excellence and growth-focused planning; who has led transformation of large-scale organizations across different geographies in Europe, Middle East and CIS regions.

Today serving as S&OP Planning Director at Belgium-based La Lorraine Bakery Group, Kunt manages end-to-end supply chain planning processes of an organization with turnover exceeding 1 billion Euros; creating planning and operations models that support sustainable double-digit growth in multi-country operations.

Throughout his career, assuming various leadership roles in supply chain management, procurement, production, planning and operations management; Kunt has played active roles in organizational transformation, process optimization and efficiency programs. Through his experience working in different countries and cultures, he has developed strong expertise in managing multi-location and complex organizations.

During his tenure of over 10 years at Anadolu Efes, he served in international operations; gaining the opportunity to experience the dynamics of the FMCG sector in the field. Subsequently, within La Lorraine Bakery Group, he managed planning and operations structures of organizations operating in Europe, Middle East and CIS regions.

In addition to supply chain expertise, Kunt also has experience in category management, sales and SME general management; and is one of the leaders who combines commercial perspective with operational discipline. He particularly adopts an approach in FMCG and retail sectors that manages growth, operations and customer needs together.

For the past two years, through the consulting structure he has built, he provides fractional consulting and mentoring services; particularly supporting ventures and companies in business development, operations strategy and supply chain optimization.

As a startup mentor and technology enthusiast; he provides application-focused contributions to founders on product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, procurement processes and scaling challenges. His approach is pragmatic, results-oriented and based on creating sustainable impact.
